I just bought a new Macbook to replace my 1-year old iBook G4. Mac softwares are hard to find and expensive! Good thing is there’s Torrent, hehe..
Installing:
- Apperture
- Adobe CS 2
- Microsoft Office 2004
- Visual Hub
- Cross Over
- Macromedia Dreamweaver and Flash
- Firefox and Thunderbird
- Quicken
- Stuffit
- Toast Titanium

No games for now. You play that much on a Mac and I can’t play that much either given my super busy schedule. It’s Sunday, and I’m working. Whew!

At last! I found the perfect phone – the Nokia N95. I’m not really into phones. I mean, I don’t like buying new phones but I feel like this phone is just made for me. Right now, I have an n80 which was given to me as a gift because my 2 year old phone was really worn out. I love my n80 especially the scratch-proof feature which makes it 90% scratch-free after almost 1 year in my possession, plus it has a sentimental value. Anyways, the feature that attracted me to n95 is its built-in GPS system. Imagine a voice regulated guide when you’re driving! Ain’t that cool?
There’s a cheap alternative to that voice guide though. You can buy a second-hand windows-based PDA with bluetooth and a GPS device. My cousin uses his O2 mini and a GPS device (about P5,000) to navigate his way around Manila. The thing is, I carry a lot of gadget with me every time – DSLR, laptop, card reader, chargers, etc. – so I prefer the n95 to lessen the baggage.
